Channel reception depends primarily on geographical location and terrain. What to do if you can't get a signal with the TV antenna or the antenna isn't working as expected, 1) Make sure you have correctly connected the antenna to your TV or a third-party receiver. 2) Re-scan channels. In the TV's setup menu, set the mode to Antenna or Air. Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions. 3) If you used to get a snowy (but watchable) picture on your analog TV channels, you might haven't strong enough signals to display in this new format. Try reposition the antenna in a different location, sometimes moving the antenna for a few feet can make a difference.

Great UHF/VHF
This is an amazing compact antenna! I have limited space in my garage attic and this antenna fit perfectly. My tv picks up more stations than I thought were in the market. My house is about 30 miles form the tv towers in southwestern Florida.

Not better than 10 dollar antenna inside house
Yes I made sure the preamp was functioning. Bought it specifically to get physical channel 11 better than the 10 dollar plastic flat antenna handing inside on window. It didn't work as good. UHF channels came in with higher signal strength, but I already had usable-stable UHF channels. I'm 23 miles from the station antenna sites.

Best VHF Antenna
I am picking up NYC & NJ stations over 40 miles of mostly water. This antenna picks up ch 11 & 13 that I could not get with the bowtie reflector previously. In all I am receiving a total of 60 digital channels with this antenna and a distribution amp. without rotating the antenna.

Make sure you know what you're doing 1st
This is the type of antenna that I wanted when I slashed my cable bill , and I was very satisfied. Thank you , it's working just fine if you know what you doing

Hunk of junk ...I paid full price and was missing parts then the antenna was just in side box NO extra foam to pertect antenna I give this 1 star for .scrap metal 🙄

Hardly any improvement over the old antenna in the attic. Bought two and going to try the 2nd one at a different property.

Flimsy usb power cable , otherwise great antenna
Neptune antenna is great for the price , performs very well but the usb power supply can break its only a small rg6 cable soldered to the cable end so don’t twist it too much

Usualmente no doy valoración a los productos que adquiero sin antes usarlos. Excelente antena el material con el que esta hecho es resistente fácil de armar y no he tenido problemas de falla de señal; lo recomiendo ampliamente.
