It’s works, I take it at bedtime together with valerian for better sleep.

Bought this after my usual went out of stock. While I don't find passion flower to be overly effective in general, this is actually less effective than what I was using before. It's kind of hit or miss for anxiety purposes. I wouldn't buy it again.

I am very happy with this tincture. I have been using it as a mild sedative. Also it's a great price!

Best item for Good night sleep without and side effects.
