OMG he is absolutely stunning! Very easy to install, his size bigger than expected! He is a huge fun and doesn't look cheap like some others I saw through the years! You can change the level of music or turn it off completely and let Santa climb in silence. He makes some funny sounds with his joints though) but I personally like it! All is great about this Santa, buy him and have Christmas fun!

My grandson loves watching him climb up and down. Its a perfect addition to our Christmas memories!

This thing is a workhouse! We had it turned on for very long periods of time and it kept going! Well made, cute and the younger kids really enjoyed watching Santa go up and down the ladder. We saw this exact same product at a brick and mortar store for almost $40 more, so this is a great deal.

Bought this to add to my Christmas décor this year and my 5 year old is enthralled with it and watching Santa climb up and down the ladder! Santa climbs up and down the ladder with a string of large bulb lights as Santa's sack plays 15 different instrumental Christmas carols. The music and his movement don't have a separate switch, but share one knob, and you can turn the knob down on the bottom of the sack and he can climb without sound that way. He's not the kind of decoration to leave on for hours just to preserve the life of him, but we usually leave him on 20-30 minutes at a time. Assembly is required and it took us a while because once we got to the step where you screw the two metal pieces together for the tree arm with the gold screw, it wouldn't go in no matter what we tried. It seemed to us that the second metal piece should've had a pre-drilled hole in it but it didn't so we think that was a manufacturer mistake. Even called the company and they couldn't tell me if it was supposed to or not after 45 minutes on the phone with them so that was a waste of time. That meant that we couldn't attach the arm that is supposed to hold it to the side of the tree because without the screw, the pieces kept sliding and it would topple. We ended up just propping his ladder up against the fireplace right by the tree and we are happy with that set up. It was a bit difficult also to get the sack positioned just right because when you had the string of lights looped through the hook on the underside of the ladder and the sack next to the ladder, the string kept getting caught and making him fall off. I ended up putting the sack on the fireplace floor a good 5 inches off the ground to the side of him and not using the light loop at all, despite what the directions said. Despite the few assembly issues, he works great. We love him and look forward to using him year after year now that we got the right rigging down. I've never seen anything like him and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it already from family and friends wanting to know where we got it. I was lucky enough to get it on a lightning deal, but if you are looking for a unique centerpiece near your tree, this is an awesome choice!

This is a really cute product. I got it for my brother and he loves it. He has had one for a couple years and bought one for his daughter this year. Good quality and seems to hold it. Not for continuous play. It is a bit pricey.

Excellent produit et fonctionne très bien. Par contre, bien que les dimensions étaient précisées dans l'annonce, j'ai été surprise de voir à quel point il prend de la place à côté du sapin. Aussi, je considère qu'il est beaucoup trop cher. Je pense qu'il y a d'autres modèles similaires qui sont jusqu'à 4 ou 5 fois moins chers que celui-ci qui pourraient amplement faire la même chose. Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfaite, même si j'ai payé cher, mais c'est une décoration de Noël que je conserverai sûrement des années puisqu'il semble de qualité et durable.
