I've lost count of the amount of extenders, Powerline adaptors etc. we've run over the years to provide a decent all-round wi-fi network. I'd seen these repeaters previously; but it wasn't until we'd moved from BT to Zen Internet (default router Fritz!Box) that I felt the need to get one of these for a wi-fi deadspot in the house. Set up took about five minutes, plugged the baby into a power socket and it works seamlessly. Even the Sonos kit in that area works like a charm compared to the old BT kit. Highly recommended. I'd say add the repeater into a list and monitor the price; it does yo-yo up and down a bit. Remember to buy an adaptor as it's only supplied with a Euro 2-pin connector.

Brilliant. It worked superbly straight out of the box. Earlier reviews suggest instructions are only in German but this one came with multi-language instructions and a UK power adaptor (although it’s only good in an extension lead - if you want to put this in a wall socket you will need to buy a suitable power adaptor). I have great WiFi reach throughout the house now, thank you!

I bought this repeater to boost the signal of our Fritz! Box in a large house. It works very well and is unobtrusive. It looked quickly with the router and integrated seamlessly into the WiFi mesh. Previous reviews were all in German so I guessed that the instructions and packaging would be in German. No worries an English instruction manual (that you don’t really need) is online. And the package even came with an EU to U.K. adapter included. I’d recommend this as good value for money.

The wireles repeater arrived quickly and works well. There was a EU to UK plug adapter included but due to the shape and size of the repeater, this adapter cannot be used in combination with the fritz product. Thus, we had to buy an additional adapater that was compatible.

After trying and failing to make a Tenda Nova mesh work with Zen’s Fritbox I bought this German language Fritz repeater and it works really well. I only need the main box and this one to make a house wide mesh so they must both be pretty powerful. It’s easy to set up, just use Google Translate on your phone to translate the quick start manual supplied. BUT you will need a Euro>>UK plug converter!

I bought this to complement a Fritz!Box router provided by my broadband supplier in the UK. Once I overcame some teething troubles, the performance is excellent throughout the house, and it enables me to use a Sonos speaker in what were previously blind spots. The Repeater has an EU 2 pin plug. Unexpectedly the distributor included a UK adaptor in the box. In hindsight this caused the teething troubles referred to above. The Repeater appeared to switch off at intervals and it took an effort to switch it on again. It turned out that a slight movement of the Repeater would cause a contact break in the adaptor and the Repeater would switch off. As soon as I changed to an adaptor I purchased separately the problem evaporated and I have had a consistently excellent performance since then.

I’ve bought two of these, they work well in our long house to extend the signal from our FritzBox router. No issues worth noting. Would recommend. Make sure you have an adapter if using it in UK or Ireland.

I bought this and set it up easily with my new Fritz Box router. This was easy to set up following YouTube and instructions which came with the repeater. It gave me a good WiFi coverage within my home, I've added a further repeater to a extend my mesh set up externally into the garden. It works very well.

Warum habe ich das Produkt gekauft? Für eine bessere Wlan/Internet Verbindung im Esszimmer/EG. Erfüllt es den gewünschten Zweck? Der Repeater hat sich einfach und schnell in das bestehende Wlan der FritzBox 7690 einbinden lassen. Die Wlan und Internet Verbindung ist stabil und der Wechsel zwischen Router und Repeater von transportablen Endgeräten (Smartphone/Tablet) funktioniert auch geschmeidig und zuverlässig. In unserem Hause betreiben wir zwei dieser Repeater, um über EG und 1. OG das WLan zu verteilen. Auch sehr praktisch ist die Möglichkeit ein Lankabel am Repeater anzustecken, um z.B. einen „älteren“ Drucker anzuschließen. Fazit: Der Repeater erfüllt den Zweck wofür er gekauft wurde und ist meiner Meinung nach eine Kaufempfehlung, wenn man eine einfache und schnelle Lösung braucht um Wlan im Haus zu verteilen.

Da quando ho acquistato questo ripetitore posizionato all'ingresso dell'abitazione, non ho alcun problema di navigazione in casa. Avendo già da diversi mesi la fibra pura in casa, all'inizio prima di acquistarlo, il segnale wifi non arrivava bene nelle altre stanze, perché dov'è allocato il modem wifi 7 per motivi tecnici dovuti ai collegamenti dall'esterno verso l'interno dell'abitazione, il modem non può essere spostato all'ingresso. Adesso la navigazione avviene bene con segnale wifi di ottimo livello. Spesso mi avvalgo del speed test. Posso dire sinceramente, che i futuri clienti lo possono acquistare tranquillamente senza dubbio perché è di ottima qualità ed il prezzo è anche accessibile. Chiaramente mi sono fatto prima consigliare da un tecnico che mi ha spiegato come dev'essere l'articolo per essere ben funzionante.
