Great to have
People that park in my designated parking spot at my condo get on my last nerve. I hate having people towed so I’ve found that putting this sign in my spot when I leave eliminates that problem.

Work well and easy to put out. The only downside is they are so light that sometimes they can blow down if it is a little windy.
