After experiencing some issues a month into use, I filed a warranty claim and a technician was assigned. I have since received a replacement product and returned the old one. The new unit is working perfectly, though I will continue to monitor its performance. ​The support member who assisted me was incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive. They addressed all my questions promptly and resolved the issue as quickly as possible.

The product is really amazing . It really does a great job to your hair and is quite easy to use and once you get the hang of it , you'll get addicted to it because it really gives a salon like blow dry effect. Simply , love it ❤️

Actually it’s nice product, user friendly all girls need it and the customer service was too good actually my product was not working within a week but the team is replace the product within a 3-4days customer service was too good and very kind they helping until the product replace it really thankful for the customer service.

Pack was open also not wrapped. Looked like a second hand product

Not suitable for my hair type(wavy). Had to use brush through many times to even get a blow dry effect..advertisements are deceiving. Probably this is best for people with almost straight hair..Returned it.

Bought in Feb 2025, stopped working May 2025
