With vitamines, it's so hard to know what is good or bad. These have a lot of chlorophyll, and are highly plant-based. Their Vitamine B assortment gives me some morning energy.Vitamines (or "neutrisudicals") always carry unknowns. Often the calcium source is ground up animal bone, and the manufacturers don't even have to declair that. Others overload--into the 1000% d.r.v.--with ingredients. Long-term liver damage has not yet been ruled out. Contrary to major public belief, the FDA does NOT approve neutricuticals like they do drugs; rather, the agency monitors for problems once on the market.This leads to a necessary balance of well-known ingredients, and never spiking a few to elicite a metabolic response. While this multivitamin does have twice or three times the amount of some vitamins, it is not overkill like the others. That fact, and that they are coming largely from plants, I tend to trust these a lot more.

Love this product. I have been using it for years, and I believe it makes a difference on my overall health. They have reformulated the product a number of times over the years. 3 or 4 years ago, this product was even more amazing. It kept me very focused and energetic throughout the whole day.
