Easy and tasty DIY plant-based vegan curd
Overall a good product. Will continue to use it as my daily vegan curd fix.Pros:- Quite neutral-tasting (subjective)- Smooth texture (recommend using a blender/mixer)- Can be used in sweet recipes like Shrikhand as well (unlike peanut curd)- Probiotic- Zero cholesterol- Easy to prepare- Easy to storeCons:- Could have been more competitively priced as compared to dairy curd (given that soy milk powder is cheap).- Though the soy aftertaste is minimal, some people might find it off-putting (I'm used to eating soy products).- It is a bit too sweet for me (not too much though).Note:- I skipped the preparation instructions to remove foam from the top, that's why it resulted in small bubbles on the top. But that didn't impact the taste.- I recommend using a blender or mixer to mix the premix with water. This results in a much smoother texture (I got a bit of chalky/grainy texture on my first try without blender).- I sometimes use 750-800 ml of water for thicker consistency (rather than 900 ml mentioned in the instructions. The end product shown in pictures was made using 900 ml water).

Misleading product and it did not set into curd
The media could not be loaded. As per their description on the package the culture should be frozen at all time or else it will not set. We recieved both the cultures in room temperature state. The delivery itself was late and at room temperature so how do you expect it to set??? See the video for reference. Tried both the packets got same results. We used curd maker in hotpot as we live in bangalore and it's cold at night and the curd would not set. Even in curd make it did not set. We have tried making curd with homemade milk with readymade peanut curd as culture and it did set in our curd maker. So this product is faulty and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. wasted money.

Best taste in this price
I'm dairy allergic but others in family aren't. Forced them to taste this curd, and we all loved it. It's a boon for people like me. I've tried eating it as it is, as lassi, buttermilk, kadhi & everything was perfect, even the taste in respective preparations. Although, some tweaking is required to get almost similar original curd taste, but it's not a big deal.Very easy to use (even making it in winter season) & value for money? Do the math for yourself. It's totally worth the price.

My first ever vegan curd experience.
I wasn't aware that it has 2 pairs of pre mix and curd culture. Checked onto videos and the helpful review section, so at first in 500 ml warm water, not boiled but warm water, added the soya milk powder pre mix and then began to blend until there was no powder floating upon water, it did have bubbles, I added one sachet of curd culture and again began mixing it with hand blender then added about 200-300ml water so it remains thick, kept aside at warm place and checked in morning how it turned out to be. I cannot say I have got 1 litre of curd but almost 700-800 ml and shall refrigerate it, since I'm the only one who is going to consume, I hope 3 days is enough, it did smell pungent but tasted really nice, it does have the grainy texture, but it's not runny and is thick as well. Not too sweet, may be the next time I shall try not to leave too much of foam. It's overall good
