I've been getting these EPIC Chicken Sriracha Protein Bars for years and finally decided to write a review. I must say, they are a game-changer for anyone following a Keto or Paleo diet. Each bar is packed with 11 grams of protein, which is perfect for my post-workout snack or a quick bite during a busy day. The flavor is where these bars really shine. The chicken sriracha combination delivers a bold and spicy taste that is surprisingly authentic. It’s not easy to find a protein bar that doesn’t rely on sweetness, so this savory option is a welcome change. As someone who is always on the lookout for gluten-free snacks that are low in sugar, I appreciate that these bars are certified gluten-free and contain zero grams of sugar. I'm a mom of three young kids. I'm constantly running out of the house to carpool or work or errands, and often times find myself needing a snack. I hate grabbing something semi healthy from a gas station for the sake of convenience. I try to avoid canola/vegetable/sunflower oils (plus sugar, corn... all the un-paleo things) unless it's REALLY worth it. And a mid-day snack is not worth it to me. I LOVE when I remember I've stuck a Sriracha Chicken Epic bar in my purse, side compartment on the door of my car, or in my studio!!! It's like a mini-meal... they're so delicious and satisfying. Salty, spicy and filling! And actually, my 3 daughters, ages 11, 8 and 6, have come to like them! They have to drink water or almond milk after each bite because of the spice, but I'll put half of one in their lunch boxes for a little extra protein and they LOVE it! These are WORTH the investment, in my opinion!

Good seasonings. Good, clean paleo ingredients. Decent overall. Chicken's a bit dry (culinary dry, ie low fat) because it's meat only, but it's ok. The packaging is annoying -- Chomps is way better there with convenient peel-down wrappers. It's an interesting textural change of pace vs meat sticks in collagen casings. I'm iffy on whether I'll buy again.

These bars are smaller in size but very filling, calorie count is nice to take on road trips or camping in the woods, each is individually wrapped with little clean up and easy to throw them in a bag and go! Texture of these is a little more chewy than others but the flavor is awesome! I love this

I love these!! Amazon makes it so easy to get them in bulk at a good price. Definitely spicy but super satisfying for an on the go high protein snack.
