The first blueberry powder I've tried, and I like it
I'm no blueberry powder expert, I haven't tried another to compare it to. But assuming they are being honest that it is organic, then this seems like a good one. Nice color and flavor. Just keep in mind that the number of blueberries they associate with a serving size is assuming the small size of wild blueberries, not the larger size berries we see at the market. I started adding this to a mix of vitamin C and electrolytes I drink in the morning and it makes for a nice blueberry lemonade flavor. It mixes in fairly well, maybe with a bit of clumpiness at times (especially after a while when it probably starts to pick up some moisture from the environment as it sits on my shelf), but not too bad, and that is just stirring, not blending for a smoothie which would probably mix just fine. It does come with a dessicant packet inside. It also comes in a handy resealable "ziplock" style bag and it helps to make sure the bag is sealed tightly between uses, so make sure to get it out with a spoon -- if you pour it out of the bag it may cake onto the zipper part of the bag and prevent the bag from sealing properly. I noticed some complaints about freshness, but I haven't had any issues. The last bag I bought had around 1.5 years remaining on its "best buy" date and seemed totally fresh to me. The first bag I bought I tasted the powder straight when I first got it, and it had a nice flavor, not stale or rancid at all. Maybe some people had bad luck with the expiration date, or a damaged package.

Blueberry
I love making ice balls out of this for a tasty addition to my beverages. This tastes really good.

great product to use for your health and easiness
This is a great product to use when you do not have access to the fresh product itself. It saves you space and you do not need to worry about it going bad right away

Hammer is required to crush the solidified mass of blueberry powder.
I attempted to crush the solid mass of powder under a heavy tumbler: no luck. A hammer is required to crush it. And after all the work, it's not as good as other blueberry powders that I've tried. I have the feeling that this product was about to be discarded by Ancient Choice due to poor shelf conditions and some vendor snapped up a truckload to dump it on Amazon.

Low quality
Didn't taste that good. Wasn't completely bad when i opened it. I really struggle to see how this will last more than days unrefrigerated. I dunno

A little goes a long way
I was surprised at how small an amount can be added to create a fairly strongly flavored drink. Picture one is where I added sparkling water to some blueberry powder, but for an example of how dense it is, pictures 2, 3 show a small amount of the powder, and then picture 4 of liquid added shows the deep coloration without my even mixing it. There are some clumps formed, but upon mixing even more is available. Therefore, my only complaint is I wish they sold this in smaller amounts. It's going to take me some time to get through this product. I have liked it mixed with oatmeal quite a bit, but my favorite application was using it alongside fresh store bought blueberries with pancakes.

odd smell, but tastes find
I was a little spooked because when I smelled it, it had that "cardboardy" smell that things get when oils go bad. I would say it smelled "rancid". Looking back, I see someone else mentioned that theirs was "rancid". So that part may or may not be questionable. However ... taste and smell was fine when mixed and we didn't get sick. Mine still had a long shelf life date left. We make super long "brewed" 36 hour l. reuteri+ yogurt and this was a nice addition after the brew, plus a few monkfruit drops and it made a very tasty blueberry-y yogurt. Hubs and I approved. Aside from the questionable smell ... I would say this is a winner. We really enjoyed it.

Goes with everything!
I love the taste of this powder, it goes well with everything but my current favorite is just to mix it with yogurt and top it with granola and fruit. I've found that the powder mixes very smoothly in liquid and yogurts and does not clump together like some other products. It packs a punch in terms of flavor and the color is beautiful when used in bakes!

Very yummy! The blueberry flavour is light and sweet. I added it to a ganache whipped cream frosting and it was delicious.
