Single-Ingredient Perfection!
Excellent quality and contains no flavors, sweeteners, soy or seed oils. I use it in homemade soups, stews, and breads as well as in simple protein drinks for immune system health, muscle development and repair. Mixes well; no issues. Only one ingredient, plain and simple, just as it should be -- whey protein concentrate from grass-fed cow's milk. Please please PLEASE Opportuniteas: don't ever change this product!

Cleanest, Best Tasting Whey
This is the best tasting whey I have ever had and I have tried many through the years. It makes delicious shakes even with milk or milk substitutes only and very little sweetener (optional). It also makes phenomenal raw protein bars with peanut butter and maple syrup and some type of binder like ground flax or oats if you can tolerate them or whatever. I ordered this based on reviews. Being from Wisconsin originally, I know the dairy there is some of the best in the nation. I was pleased to support Wisconsin farmers. However I ended up taking advantage of this seller's money-back-guraantee and requesting a refund. Why? I noticed a significant uptick in migraines after I started to take the whey protein. Is it the amines -- perhaps glutamine or histamine or even MSG created in the manufacturing process? Or something else entirely? I don't believe it is a dairy allergy because I can drink plain grass fed bovine milk until the cows come home with no problem (forgive the pun). I don't eat much meat because the quality and freshness of meats in all the grocery stores around here is some of the worse I've ever seen (think warehouse vacuum-packed), and I recently got food poisoning from chicken (government states that 30-100% of chickens in grocery stores are contaminated with campylobacter). I wanted whey to work since it's such a phenomenal source of protein/amino acids. If I ever figure out what the problem is and resolve it and find I can eat whey without migraines, I will become a regular consumer of this brand. I rated the product 5 stars based on its merits and not my personal experience due to health issues. I definitely recommend this seller as well for their amazing customer service!

Great taste, real sugar, not chalky.
Great option for protein powder. Tastes like a vanilla frappe from Starbucks. This one is sweeter than the Isolate option, but is still smooth without chalkiness and is less sweet than any of the sugar free options out there. Even tastes great with coffee added. Only 8 grams of sugar per serving and tastes much better and less sweet than any of the Ryse options. No stomach upset, and seems just as effective for my teen swimmer.

Didn’t dissolve for us.
I’m surprised this has such good reviews. For us it never dissolves. It definitely has a mouth feel. The taste is fine, reminds me of powdered milk. The smell is fine. I wanted a powder that dissolves in coffee but this does not! Do not be fooled. It doesn’t dissolve in hot coffee even when you blend it with your cold creamer beforehand. It foams up and becomes completely unmanageable. I put my coffee through a strainer to salvage what I could. The ingredients are great. Straight whey, nothing added. Love that. As far as value? I don’t know. Seems a waste to us because it cannot be used as intended but we will find ways to use it up. Also to get the 24g of protein you need 2 scoops and they are not small scoops!

No "Way" You Will Beat It!
This may be a roundabout review, but it's only because it turns out I'm late to the party. All this time I'd been consuming various whey protein supplements that I had assumed to be the real deal, only to discover I couldn't have been further from the truth. How did I find this out? Only by learning about the wonders of glutathione and what are considered its "precursors," substances the body converts for its own magical glutathione production. So it turns out whey protein is a powerhouse for this, but only a certain kind. As in, the "real" kind. What what? Having completed Body for Life and other workout regimes, I thought I was pretty well versed in available whey protein supplements. So what was the big deal about CONCENTRATED rather than ISOLATED versions, and why such a fuss about grass-fed milk sources? Pardon my ignorance, but a little research sent me straight down the rabbit hole yet again, no different than when we learned about the various labeling of dog food and how protein "meal" was much more nutrient dense than other forms. Once I learned what true whey was supposed to be and how it critically mattered for glutathione. production, the quest then began to find a suitable product at a decent price. I mean, if the whole family is going to consume it in protein shakes or however, it can't be too expensive or we won't afford it. Yet I also realize that the good stuff doesn't usually come cheap. We would have to search out a happy balance between the two, and luckily we did! This whey is a true nutrient superstar and a real gamechanger. There's absolutely no "way" we're going back to the other stuff. The difference is night and day. From the moment I first opened the package, I could sense that this was a "real' food and not just mere hype. The richness and the density and the texture struck me as authentic, just like when I tasted true Irish milk and cream for the first time. For those who say it's hard to blend, I'm not sure how to respond because we use a VitaMix and there's no problem at all. We blend up chocolate and peanut butter smoothies that are out of this world! And it really delivers a punch! I've added it to our monthly Subscribe & Save and will continue to reorder as long as it remains available. Which I hope is forever because I've since tried to find an equivalent out in the "real world" in case it disappears. And while there are many that come close, I can vouch that there are few and far between that match this one's superlative credentials and certainly at this pricepoint. Small batch, grass-fed, minimally processed, non-GMO, whey concentrate and not isolate -- here you have it, a true winner and the cornerstone of our supplement regime. I hope it's a boon to your own health and it becomes a family staple as it has in ours.

Love the taste, unsure about the measurements
The good: The taste is excellent! I mix a scoop of this, a scoop of the unflavored, cold brew espresso and a titch of cream and blend it up for a very tasty, not sweet shot of happiness every morning. The bad: The label says a serving is 30 grams or 2 scoops. Well, 2 scoops is not 30 grams. It's more like 45. So if you use a scale, it's kind of a pain to get that 30 grams. If you assume the scoop is correct (which it is for the unflavored) then you're getting more protein, which is fine but also more calories which may not be.

Best protein powder ever!
I can’t have anything artifically swetened and many protein powders are. This protein powder is delicious!!! It dissolves beautifully, not chalky like alot of powders. It is reasonably priced compared to others. It has minimal ingredients. I can’ t say enough good things! Love it!
