My vent holder broke for my MagSafe charger. This works better and is a solid and secure on the vent compared to the clip type holder that wiggles around and will occasionally fall off. Plastic feels solid and not cheap. Great product!

This mount fits my 2022 Honda CR-V perfectly. Easy to install and easy to remove. Rock solid stability is a plus. I much prefer my Garmin to Android auto and Google Maps navigation and this mount makes it very easy to use.

It works in 3 different air vents I've tried. Only in the 2022 Tacoma vent is it a little loose. Still works and doesn't fall off, but doesn't tighten down completely.

I'm using this to mount a 7" GPS next to the stereo in a 2015 Honda CR-V that doesn’t have factory navigation. I've used several different types & designs of GPS mounts in several different vehicles, and this one comes closest to being perfect.The mounting arms can be oriented at various angles by turning the piece on the back that the hook sticks out of. It's not easy to turn, so once oriented, it'll stay put.The tightening knob in the center has detents in addition to a plain friction fit, so I'm hoping that loosening over time shouldn't be too much of a problem.It holds my GPS at the perfect height, the perfect distance out from the dash, and the ball is a perfect fit into the GPS's mounting socket. Had I had a mount custom made, it wouldn't suit me me any better than this one.

My charger is automatic, the arms open up when you hold your phone in front of it. I got it at Best Buy, it’s the iottie brand. I’ve loved it so far except the rubber pieces that clips into the vent broke off. I was going to buy a whole new charger after I realized I lost the broken piece and couldn’t fix it. Thankfully I found this because I really do like my charger. This item fits and holds your phone very well. And it’s budget friendly.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I bought my girlfriend a aftermarket radio head unit for her ford eco sport since the OEM radio is garbage and doesn’t have apple car play. This mount holds the radio perfectly and securely. The mount that came with the radio was your basic suction cup style that 90% of car phone holder use. It used to lose suction, fall & most of all blocked a section of her view when driving. I really can’t explain just how good this mount is. Just give it a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

2021 Countryman, iPhone 15 Pro Max, worked great.Mini Coopers are notoriously lacking in phone holding options, unless you want to use up one of 2 cup holder slots, or remove your entire instrument cluster to install a piece of $100 metal (which for me still didn’t fit.) The small round vents aren’t sturdy enough to hold the weight of a phone with a traditional vent clip mount.This guy totally fixed all of that! I installed it sideways and cranked it down tight. I found a MagSafe magnet mount head with a ball mount (also on Amazon), and neither the clip, the magnet, or the vent move at all. It’s sturdy and secure, and at a nice height.My only suggestion is if you’re using one of these during the winter months, close the vent so the heat isn’t blowing on the back of your phone, as it will quickly trigger an overheat warning, especially with GPS running.

Perfect replacement for the clip on my car charger. It saved me from having to buy a brand new one. Would recommend The extendable hook works well with the vents in my Dodge Journey. It is easy to install and is very stable when tightened. I also like how wide the legs are to help with the stability. Would recommend.
