Wide selection of songs
This book has the easiest songs at the front, and gets progressively more demanding, which is good. Inevitably, there are a lot of children’s songs included, but there are also adult ones later on.The only slight criticism I have is that there could have been a better link to the tutorial book by the same author. I think the distinction between playing with the melodica flat on a table, using both hands, and playing one-handed (with the other holding the instrument) could have been explained.

A wonderful songbook for the melodica!
This is a truly wonderful book with loads of easy songs for those learning to play the melodica and is a bargain at any price. It nicely complements Daren's Melodica Lessons book and I heartily recommend buying both. I play several other instruments and the melodica is a great addition which really adds to my enjoyment of playing music. I learnt about these books through the Melodica World website and although the melodica is relatively easy to play, playing it really well takes dedication, practice and the guidance gained from great players such as Daren Banarse.

Brilliant song book!
I've been teaching myself how to play the melodica and wanted a collection of songs to work through, to add to my repertoire. There's a range of styles, most of them very well known, a few which are new to me. The songs start very easy, and gradually get a bit harder as the book goes on, which is just what I need. There's so many songs, it's going to take a long time to get through all! A great compliment to the tutorial book (by the same author), which I'm currently following.
