Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup, 10.5 oz Can

The authentic Campbell's Cream of Chicken at a fairly reasonable price. The store brands aren't the same thing! This offer has increased in price just a bit over the past few months. Still good. My first order reminded me of just how much I love this soup. Substitute a half a can of skim milk with 1/2 a can of water. Season with your favs - I like basil, or Italian, a dash of fresh pepper, a bit of fresh ground locatelli or parmesan on top. Or use it as a sauce to highlight brown rice. There are a million options. Just be creative. It might be classic, but it's gold. (Especially compared to sludge sold as generic). Make it a day before, sprinkle some chopped leak, tomato, pepper just a teaspoon or two in and serve it cold on a hot summer day. You will be happy you did.

I like to keep enough cans of soup on hand to ride out a two week flu bug, that the whole family gets, just in case. This is an easy way to do that - 12 cans in a couple of flavors works perfectly. Cream of chicken is one of my favorites, and one that seems to disappear off of the local grocery shelves so, Amazon is the way to go!

I've tried Cream of Chicken soup from other companies, but Campbells is the best. This is such a good buy and tastes great. I use it mainly for baking.

I am so grateful to be able to get Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup at Amazon. It is not always easy to find. I use it as a base for my Chicken Divan sauce and others. It is truly a favorite.

Great of making casseroles and thicken dishes. It had a nice deep flavor, more so than a chicken broth. It has a very classic taste and is a basic in many recipes. It’s very functional.
