Express Invoice, For PC/Mac, Traditional Disc

Can't complain considering what other software cost.

Don't buy this product. This software company is only interested in getting you to buy upgrades & forcing support services on you at $68 as the product does not work. After a year the email function to send invoices stopped working with an error message. There is then nowhere to turn until you are forced to pay $68 for them to contact you. Once the contact you they cast blame on your firewall, Norton & everyone but their product. Only through two weeks of me forcing the issue they accept the software has an issue that they can not fix. So now I paid for the software, paid for the support & I can still not send invoices by email instead I have to mail them via the mail man!!! Its 2014 ! They say its a bug that a developer has to fix but they have no idea or if ever they will fix it. Shocking.

Very basic. You can not make any modification to the fields or create a custom invoice. Will not work for what I need.

Cost was fine. HOWEVER, it would have been important to know the program can only be downloaded on one computer and apparently another copy purchased for different location with data exchange via flashdrive back & forth. (This may be due to warning received that updated program might not take all of prior prog. data.)Not what I intended so 2nd program ordered and was advised need of flashdrive to update either machine.Was not aware the 2nd program disk was a DVD rather than CD so it didn't work on either, added DVD unit to desktopand ordered 3rd program to "own" the program and install on any computer owned. Now have 3 copies of theprogram with different registration codes; was just told can transfer program to another computer twice in 12months. Am awaiting new desktop and hope Disk 3 will copy on it without problem and desktop with Prog.1and possible update actually was a purchased program disk as message appears, indicating trial time over on #1.Hopefully, the data done on program 1 will still be available and can transfer to new desktop which had not beenplanned.

This review is for the ExpressInvoice that I downloaded and purchased from online. I am a very small business but one that has inventory and needed to upgrade my invoicing and inventory program. When I looked and compared, most were more expensive and robust than I needed, some with monthly subscription fees which meant I wouldn't really "own" the program or the data. I came across this item and downloaded it (along with Inventoria, which works in conjunction with ExpressInvoice to track my inventory). It didn't take long for me to see that it was exactly what I needed -- a standalone program that worked exactly as needed and had all the functions needed for invoicing and keeping inventory. Fairly intuitive to use and sufficient room to customize. I should add that when I downloaded and tested it before purchasing, I didn't really see any "limits" to using the demo version, so I was able to get a pretty full picture of the program and play with it in full before committing to a purchase. But I made that decision pretty fast. I use my own customized spreadsheets for some of my work and downloading and exporting the data into CSV format for these spreadsheets was straightforward and a breeze -- so the report and view functions are great too.BTW, though ExpressInvoice has some basic inventory capability, if you're serious about tracking and calculating the value of your inventory (esp. at tax time), you'll need to purchase a separate program by the same company, Inventoria, that works in conjunction with ExpressInvoice. They interact and sync with each other -- I'm not sure that the process to sync them was particularly intuitive, but I followed the instructions on their online FAQ/instruction manual and figured it out fairly quickly, and played with it a little to see how they worked and interacted. Again, all good. Very happy so far with this program.I should add that there is an online component for accessing files through the Web and Cloud by multiple users. I did not purchase this feature so can't comment on how that works, I use it strictly as a standalone program on my personal computer.

I'm an engineer, Express Invoicing "does everything it says on the tin". Just right for me, self-employed, professional looking invoices, tax automatic, I really like it.Beware upgrades, can cost you.

I have been using NCH software for several years. The cost is reasonable and the customer service has always been outstanding. I have several NCH products and can state without reservation that each one performs as expected. I will continue to be an NCH customer for as long as I have a need and NCH is a supply source.

I use the invoice aspect of the program routinely and have had no complaints. Cost and application are reasonable. I did have an inquiry regarding updating and making the shift from32bit to 64 bit. Company responded a within a couple of hours. I did not purchase the Service Program to receive the information. Otherwise, their online help is comprehensive.
