I have hyposmia following Covid and these have been very helpful as a way to gauge my progress. Some days the smells are clearer than others. After several weeks they are maintaining their smell (I do miss some days of opening them for use). I would describe the smells as pretty close to what they are named. In my case, the hyposmia has been improving thanks be to God. I know everyone is different and it can take a long time (many months) so good luck if you are on a similar path!

I got Covid one year ago ,and I lost all my smell and taste….this kit was recommended to me so I ordered phase 1And phase two both kits!!! Really loved using them ,and still use them to make sure my senses are still working!!Nice product!!! Helped me!!!

It is effective in restoring your sense of smell, try this therapy as soon as you notice your smell diminish. It’s really important if you want to regain smell again. I do recommend for sure.

So I had someone who can smell fine test these out and they are awful. Peppermint like a cheap pack of gum that was chewed up and picked off the floor. The cinnamon like a pier one if it was full of those cheap decorative brooms.

I think it hasn’t helped at all. It’s been a month find I can’t smell any better.
