I think the wires are 10 Ga, great unit!!! it is a must for trailer wiring, all the wires fit very neatly & nice!!!Only drawback, I found water in the unit, drilled a 1/4" hole in the bottom & added an "O" ring to each screw on the lid, other than that, it's perfect.
