I’ve been taking this probiotic for a few months now, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My digestion feels so much better, and I’m way less bloated than I used to be. CHECK YOUR SIDE EFFECTS!!!! This doesn't change my review of thos product I am simply encouraging you to check all side effects as I recently did not and spent 30 minutes on my toilet. This is great, especially if you have issues with UTIs or have GI issues like myself. I was struggling to find a good quality product for my IBS and this came in out of no where! Easy to take, especially if you already have other supplements or medication you need to take in the mornings. I highly suggest taking it immediately after you eat and eating right after you get up. Cleans out system really well hoping that the 30 minutes on the toilet goes away. Otherwise great product

03/20/2025: Update: Seller reached out and offered full refund. Upgrading to 5 stars! I personally would not highly recommend these probiotics as they did not work as expected for me. I think they had too many cfu’s that eventually exacerbated my gastritis. I know this because I am currently using another brand (Doctor’s recipe) with 50 billion CFU, it has calmed my gastritis significantly. This is not to bash this company because I have purchased other supplements from them that I would highly recommend. The thing with probiotics that I find, is that you just have to find the one that is right for you. In many cases, that may take a long time. But, don’t give up. This is not medical advice as I am not a doctor. However, I know how tedious the journey is trying to find a probiotic that actually works. Good luck on your search.
