I use 2 of these in my main humidor and they work great! Just add some distilled water when they get low and they are good to go. Will definitely order more in the future.

I struggled for months to stabilize the humidity level in my small 15 cigar humidor. I tried the humidity packs, solution, and treating the wood (most items in parallel) but no luck until I got this. It’s been months now and one container is holding everything strong. Wish I got this from day 1.

I've got these in a humidor at our vacation home, they hold humidity very well during long periods that we aren't there. I just top them off with distilled water when we get there and they hold humidity steady for a long time.

I dropped one in a very small humidor. I got to 50%. After a week, I added a second. I got to 55%. There are maybe 15 small cigars in the humidor. I reached out to Joe Cool on their website. That was last week and I haven't received a reply. I'm getting a replacement so we'll see what happens. Obviously some work and some don't. Edit: The good news is that I did hear back from Joe Cool soon after leaving this review. The bad news is that I had the same results with the replacements. However, Joe Cool did enlighten me to pre-seasoning my humidor and the fallibility of analog hygrometers. I wasn't aware of either. I also need to mention that my product arrived with apparent stain of fluid. I don't know if it came from within. I'm only mentioning in case it could be widespread. I don't recall staining on the first package. Increasing rating to 3 stars with the benefit of the doubt that this situation was full of flukes.
