So I always read 1- and 2- star reviews to check what my worst situation would be if I were to take a chance on an order, and nothing bad happened to me. I'm beginning to think maybe the people who are claiming these beads are plastic don't know what plastic beads look and feel like. 😅 I beaded a quick netted rope with all the light green 6mm beads they sent (in one order, because I ordered two) to show y'all how much of each arrived. Each row in the photo has three light green beads and they're counted diagonally; I have 16 rows so far, so 16x3=48, +2 leftover beads and that makes 50. So I didn't get jipped on the number of beads and I am convinced that these beads are glass. They look, feel, and shine like glass (they shine more like dripping liquid light to me, but that's just how I personally determine glass vs. crystal/reflection vs. refraction). If you think they're plastic because they're light in weight, well, I don't know what to say. They're tiny beads. They feel like all the other glass beads I have. 🤷‍♀️ I can already tell the completed rope necklace will prolly be pretty heavy. All of this makes this product 5 stars for me. My only complaint about this order is that I can't pick which colors I receive, but maybe they'll extend that to us someday. Not a big deal... at least, not for me.
