This is a great protector and looks really good. The texture of the touch pad takes a bit to get used to - it feels different because it’s a bit rougher. No big deal. I’m glad I have it on my MBP.

I've fitted plenty of protective palm guards to my Macbook Pro's and Macbook Airs over the years and have plenty of practice fitting them correctly and bubble free. I recently took ownership of a 16" Macbook Pro and decided I'd fit a palm guard and purchased this one by DONKE, what I mistake, I now need to purchase another one from another brand.There are two major flaws with the DONKE protector, first if you get any bubbles and lift it slightly free the bubbles as you would with any protector this one becomes discoloured as shown in the photo where I had to lift a corner, the second issue is it's quality, mine has white marks shown in the photo's which won't wipe off so they must be in the material. My other concern is that it sticks so strongly that if it becomes necessary to replace it I'm concerned that it will pull the trackpad off. Given this experience I have to advise against buying this palm guard....UPDATEI decided to remove these protectors and the palm guard seperated from the adhesive leaving me to remove the adhesive on it's own with difficulty. Do not buy this product if you have any regard for your MacBook Pro...

I am satisfied with the product. Cutouts are not precise but ok, as well as material and overall result.
