is this the staple that will work for a stapler that requires swingline #808

I have a very old Swingline No. 13 that requires High Carbon Staples 13-1/4, 13-3/8 and 13-1/2 (as written on the side). Unfortunately, these are the correct staples for that stapler but when the staples were used, they jammed up the stapler. I had to go spend $40.00 to buy a new Swingline Heavy Duty stapler with the correct staples that fit it.

I am sorry but I do not know. There is nothing listed on the box of staples that says that these staples will fit a swingline heavy duty tacker which uses 804, 805, 806, 808 & 809 staples.
