We bought a pair of these loungers in beige. They arrived in good condition with no dents or scratches. The chairs took very little effort to assemble and look great. The lines are clean and look sleek. These chairs are light weight, but feel and look solidly made. The dark rich color of the frame is beautiful. I didn’t really think about it before-hand, but these chairs don’t have arms. The end result is a really streamlined look, and I use my chair for napping and sunning. I now realize I don’t need arms on it. The lack of arms makes me feel less crowded and makes the chairs seem bigger than the prior ones I had with arms. I will say that these chairs probably would not fair well if left in high winds, but they are so easy to move that it isn’t a problem for us if we need to store them in our workshop during off-season or storms. If I need loungers in the future, I’ll likely order another set of these unless they prove inferior over time. As of now, the mesh is sturdy and these sling style loungers sit very comfortable. I don’t know if it matters much, but I am a small-ish woman and don’t have to consider weight bearing issues. These seem good for that, but it isn’t something I can test for a review.

Ordered two chairs. One chair had the fabric pull out of the frame's channel of the seat. Customer service was quick to respond and refunded 50%. Then the seat fabric on the other chair pulled out. Since I liked the chairs, and you might also I offer this fix. The issue is one of poor design or quality because the plastic rods holding the fabric into the frame's channel are undersized. Remove the section that failed. There are two stiffeners welded to the side channels of the seat section that stretch the fabric taught. Compress the section at those stiffeners using two bar clamps (Home Depot). With some finesse you'll be able to remove the plastic rod that holds the fabric into the channel. Buy a .250" 91/4") diameter aluminum rod at Menards ($5) and cut to length (I could not find a plastic rod of that size). Taper and smooth the ends with fine grit sandpaper so the fabric doesn't get torn. Replace the plastic rods (.220" dia) with the larger aluminum rods, remove the bar clamps, and reassemble the chair. Both chairs are strong and work great ENJOY THE SUN!

** contacted the manufacturer directly, and they graciously sent a replacement chair. Chair was received and assembled without issue. Thank you!!! Highly recommend before you take apart a chair that is defective that you contact the manufacturer. Original Review: Received 4 chairs total (two orders placed at the same time) after a wrong box was sent by Amazon (they sent one set of 2 chairs and a rolling garment rack). Assembled 4 (WAY longer than 20 minutes for 2 of the chairs that had wheels), and one of the chairs that had back wheels did not match the holes to the frame and seat. Reached out to Amazon - they told me to take the 2 chairs to UPS and they would ship back. Went to UPS - they wanted me to dissemble them (no thanks) and box (the box was long gone in the trash). Contacted the manufacturer Crestlive and they are telling me that I assembled the chair wrong - I feel like a chair assembly expert after doing 4 of them, so I disagree, but time will tell if Crestlive stands by their product. Chairs seem sturdy and are relatively comfortable. If you get 2 chairs like those that are pictured, they are easy to assemble. Amazon sent me two that have back wheels (which are really nice to reposition on the patio) but assembly is a chore and takes tons of time with a flimsy allen wrench.
