I have fibromyalgia and I’m always exhausted/ fatigued. I bought these hoping my energy levels would increase. They help a little bit not enough to rave about. They are easy to swallow, no flavor, no after burps, no frequent trips to the bathroom, they do not cause constipation. I’ve been taking these for at least 6 months, and I will continue. My husband, and mother use these same brand, and they swear it gives them energy, and they notice a difference when they do not take them. Maybe, because I’m prone to fatigue/ exhaustion.
