I had high hopes for this brace, it came right after I threw my back out and I weigh about 125 lbs.. the Velcro didn’t hold and won’t stay fastened and I almost fell because I was completely reliant on the brace to hold me up. Of course I can’t return it now so I will throw it in my drawer with all the other garbage back braces I have tried in the past . Save your money

The support is minimal, and the actual quality of the product is unsatisfactory. I would send it back but it already looks as though I have had for months instead of weeks.

I wanted a narrow and tight belt for my back and this fits the bill at a good price.
