Good for heavy duty applications
I purchased this to replace a cord and socket for an old autoclave used in a science lab which got fried in a power surge. It was not so easy to find something heavy duty that can safely be used for this kind of routine use in such a setting. This has worked perfectly and the price was very fair, also since it came with two sockets I can have a spare.

Excellent product
I needed to replace a broken connector that was only secured by flimsy plastic clips, and even though this unit required me to drill mounting holes and use screws, it now feels secure and permanent.

Virtual Pinball power
Super fast shipping. A great solution for through the cabinet wall power supply. Mount this in the back and connect the power strip to it using spade connectors.

Worked perfect.
Was gifted a vinyl plotter/cutter that had a dangling power cord that had been heat shrinked to the inernal wiring. The portal the wires passed through clearly told a store of a failed or mishandled 3-pin IEC. So I quickly ordered this 2 pack. Like a charm.

Great - but NO screws
I've been thinking about getting things like this for a while... I have a few old amps that just have cables, and I hate that. Just want to be able to use standard mains plugs. These are great, but, very shocked that they didn't come with screws. I've seen other ones that have little tabs that snap into place. Now, I've got to go out and look for little nuts and bolts for these. Work that into your equation if you buy them.

Just what I needed
Granddaughters keep ripping the two prong connector out of the back of my speaker (causing it to short on the case). Bought these to secure with screws. Only had to open the hole a little and drill two holes to secure. Doubt they can break it now.
