Gifted it to my 52 year old mom, much needed for her. Pain in knees is greatly reduced after consuming this. No sugar helps as mom is diabetic. Other essential vitamins are very helpful. Loved the taste and texture.

Very thin powder and not getting dissolved properly in milk.

This is by far the worst Protein ever. The name of this protein should be 'worst protein' they promises that it dissolves quickly bhai I've tried everything to dissolve this with water, milk I even used mixer to blend this, trust me this does not dissolve. Bhai it's that worst I cannot even express it. I bought the choclate flavour it makes me wanna puke. Do not buy this like ever. Instant regrets! This protein should be banned. I gave one star because there's no option of giving any stars in minus.

The protein powder tastes really good. It mixes easily and feels light on the stomach. Looking forward to seeing more results with regular use.

Solve the purpose. Increase protein level within one month. But taste is too powdery. Does not get diluted in liquid easily. Overall good
