This would be very good for built in high ovens. My oven is a bottom free standing oven, so if I want to read it I have to kneel down to be able to read the temperature.!

Very disappointed with this thermometer.I'm unsure why it is advertised as adjustable hanging.It is most difficult to hang this onto an oven rack.I have tried, I cannot read the figures without opening the oven door,which defeats the whole object of purchasing this thermometer.Changing the clip to the base, so it stands upright seems a far better option.

The clip is not strong enough to hold the thermometer upright on the oven shelf!
