MedelaSlow-Flow Wide Base Nipples for 0-4 Months (2 Packs of 3)

I had to double check the packages after I started using these because it seemed that some of them were a little faster flow than others. They were in fact all the slow flow nipples, but for whatever reason the actual flow was inconsistent. Very disappointing when trying to avoid nipple confusion for a breastfed baby.

My daughter treated these like they were not slow flow at all. She would still be able to drain the bottle in minutes. I switched to Dr. Brown's level 1 nipples and it takes her 3-4 times longer now. With these nipples she would get belly aches from drinking so fast, not so with the new ones.

Works perfect with the bottles that come with the medela pump, very simple to assemble and my daughter absolutely loves them. She drinks better with the medela bottles than the phillip avent bottles. Easy to clean and worth every penny.

These are not “ slow flow”! The nipple opening is huge and can be seen by naked eye and it flow the milk so much and so fast as a middle flow nipple.I got them for my newborn as he is chocking while using his middle flow ones, and now its just a waste of money. Don’t buy it

Received them really fast. The nipples kind of collapse on themselves if baby sucks really hard so you have to keep taking it out so it can pop back out. I prefer Dr. Brown's to these. They do fit the medela bottles well though.
