I am currently taking 200 mg about an hour before bed to help with sleep. I have been doing this for about 5 days now and noticed that my body and mind feel calm and relaxed, my sleep now is much better as I was waking every 2 hours and finding it difficult to doze back off. The last couple of nights I have managed 4 hours before waking and then going straight back to sleep. Highly recommend these for people who find it difficult to sleep. I have noticed that I am dreaming but after googling that I read that it just means we are in a deeper sleep.

I have suffered from terrible anxiety attacks during the night, they would wake me up. Since taking these, I have not had these night attacks. They've also helped me feel more "balanced" hormonally. I run out 1 week ago and already seen a decline. Cannot wait for my next order to arrive.

For me it has worked for reducing Anxiety, not a lot for sleeping.

I bought this to try to help my sleep, I can definitely say its just done that. I'm now getting good quality sleep on one tablet per night, two tablets and I sleep like a log with no horrible feeling in the morning.

I took these and have spent the last 2 days being sick. I have been taken magnesium for some some time but never this one Can l have a refund please or look into it
