Half were broken
Half of the mugs were broken. Can't get through to customer service to remedy.

cracked after only a couple of uses
I thought everything was great. The look just as advetiserd.But after a couple of uses, small cracked showed and I hadto throw it out.

Totally different color then shown
Completely different color from the picture! I bought it specifically for the color. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

Wrong color
Was very dissatisfied. Picture shows a white inner mug color which is what I wanted. The mug arrived has a pink inner color.☹️
