Excellent urea foot cream. It helped a lot with dryness and rough heels. After just a few days, my feet felt much softer and smoother. It absorbs well, is not greasy, and works very effectively. I use it daily and it truly does what it promises. I highly recommend it.

My husband absolutely loves this stuff for his feet. We live in Florida and are barefoot a lot, which has led to his feet becoming extremely dry, cracked, and even painful. The cracks were so deep that walking around the house actually hurt. We have tried so many creams and lotions over the years, but nothing worked quite like this one. After just two nights of applying this cream and wearing socks to bed, he felt a huge difference. The deep cracks started to heal, the pain eased, and his skin looked and felt much healthier. He said it gave him real relief—not just a surface-level fix, but actual softening and healing. The texture is creamy and rich, not sticky or greasy at all. It spreads easily and absorbs nicely into the skin. It feels like a real treatment, not just a lotion. Another thing we really appreciate is the scent. It is very mild and not overwhelming at all, which is great for someone who is sensitive to strong fragrances. This has quickly become a must-have in our house. I give this product 4.5 stars actually and that's largely because, while it is a good and effective product, I'm comparing it to my experience with prescription cream. So I have the heels of a monster, so much so there was **no way** i was taking and posting before and after pics. My heels become very dry and very cracked and basically covered in thick white calloused dried out skin every winter. Last year, I used a very, very expensive prescription gel that was 40% Urea and came in a tiny narrow vial that really shouldn't cost that much money. My insurance actually only covered a "cheaper" version of the gel (read: still expensive) and for whatever reason, it took the pharmacy a really long time to fill. But it took 2 days, seriously, 2 days, for my monster feet to look human. Within 5 days, I had enviable human feet - feet without callouses or cracks and looked perfect. So dubious as I was about the volume of medicine in that tiny, narrow vial - a little totally went a long way. I went to fill my second prescription and for whatever reason the pharmacy (Walgreens mind you) kept sending me messages that there was a delay and basically never filled it. I became frustrated and started scouring Amazon to see if I could find a reputable non prescription cream with 40% urea so I could bypass the pharmacy. Enter PurSources. The good: this foot cream is much cheaper, you get a lot more product and pay so much less - the free pumice stone and scrubber is a really nice touch, and thankfully the product shipped fast. The just OK: after using this cream mostly religiously for 2 weeks, I've achieved the result I got with the prescription in 2 days. Let me repeat - it took 2 weeks to make my feet look just dry and cracked and not monstrous in what the gel did in 2 days. Again tho, this stuff is cheap, and it DOES work, it just requires a lot more time for me personally. Right now my regimen is to put it on before bed and put on socks - a must because this stuff is sticky and tacky and leaves a weird dry crumbling residue so if you value your sheets, wear socks. When i wake and go to shower, I have to scrub this off my feet quickly so i don't slip in the tub (yup, slimy when wet). I use the pumice stone after everything is rinsed off and after my shower i lotion my feet with CeraVe and put on socks again. The upside is within 5 days I saw that the product was working and now that I'm rounding off 2 weeks, the difference is staggering. I just wish it would've happened faster for me. The not so great: I feel this is time consuming - it's kind of a pain to have this foot regimen but, if i want nice feet in lieu of a prescription, then this is it. Overall, again this is a good product but I wish it'd work faster on me. I'm probably a tough case though if not the toughest. I'm hoping by week 3 I'll have beautiful feet but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

Works better than anything else I’ve tried. This was recommended by my dermatologist for a try scaly spot on my knee that had not cleared up for over a year. With this cream it was gone in three days. This cream is effective in softening cracked heels and hands. It isn’t greasy and has a very emollient feel.

My sister recommended it for my dry cracking HANDS. She uses it for feet, elbows and hands and her skin always look supply and alive. So I thought why not? I love it. My hands are subject to cracking, especially on the corners of my fingers and are very painful when I bump a crack or place in water. WHAT A DIFFERENCE since I have begun to use it. After one use I saw a healing in my dry, cracked skin which brought relief. After a few uses, I do not have to worry about cracks and if one should appear, I know that PurOrganica will take care of it. It protects and soften the skin, and is a thick and rich cream.

Once dry it will create a thin film that if you rub against dark fabric, it will leave white residue that is hard to clean off-much like a deodorant stain. Other than that, it’s an ok foot cream.

⚠️‼️⚠️LONG REVIEW WARNING⚠️‼️⚠️ **This is an Eczema/Psoriasis/Sensitive Skin Friendly Product!! -For ME-** I have all 3 of those skin issues and the product did not irritate MY skin with ONLY ONCE DAILY USE. After using the first time the results actually blew me away!! So, 2-3 hours after applying with spa socks on, I took them off and saw that the soles of my feet looked smoother and felt softer! Ooo La La, Sis! 😯😍🤩I couldn’t believe how much better my feel looked and felt from one use!! The soles of my feet looked better after 1 use of this lotion than they used to look after getting a pedicure!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!! It was incredible! So what did I do? Well, I immediately went in for a second use, of course! ⚠️‼️2nd Application Mistake!⚠️‼️After smearing on more cream, I slapped on my spa socks, sat back and reveled in thoughts of my soon to be model quality feet! Wooo!! Yeah! ✊🏼 But.. That’s not what happened! Within 15 minutes of my 2nd use I had severe itching on each of my arches and around each ankle. (I did not and do not put the cream directly onto my ankles. It likely got on them from sliding the spa socks on over my lotion-smeared feet. Plus, it was the second time within just a few hours) I did not experience any pain or burning sensations, just a very annoying, super intense ITCH.. The kind of itch that makes you wish you could just cut off whichever body part it is that’s itching!😩😅Washing it off and applying some lidocaine itch relief cream did the trick and I was fine. I did wait 24 hours before using the product again though. That being said, I don’t recommend for anyone to use this more than once a day and especially if you have any skin conditions like mine or otherwise or if you tend to have sensitive skin. Now I have incorporated this into my nightly bedtime skin care routine and sleep with this cream smeared on with spa socks on my feet every night and have had zero issues with itching or anything else ever again! The results have been wild! Absolutely mad! Insane, actually! I have been used it 7 months now and my feet are so smooth, soft, and pretty!! Once daily or rather NIGHTLY uses just before bed with spa socks on to help lock in moisture is how I got what I’m calling>>>> 🙌🏼✨MY FOOT MODEL FEET GLOW-UP✨🙌🏼 😅🤣😜✊🏼Yess HONEY!!😍🤩 Love Love Love this cream!!
