Q: This isn’t a knock-off is it?

I don't believe it's a knock-off of anything. It smells wonderful and makes my skin very soft.

Q: Can you use it on your face?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Candlenut Body Creme is gentle enough to be used on the face however, it does have fragrance & you may need to conduct a test on your jawline to check for any sensitivities. We recommend using one of our face moisturizers.

Q: What does the Juara body cream smell like?

It is like a buttery light coconut scent ..i love the smell it’s why I keep buying it and it lasts..I’ve gotten a lot of compliments..I haven’t found anything similar to the scent.

Q: I can't get the lid off, is there a trick to it? I am not a weak person.

That's not something that gave me any trouble, and they aren't trick lids to the best of my knowledge. Have you tried thumping the side of the lid a couple of times on the counter? I would also run it under the hottest water you can get out of your faucet for a minute and see if that loosens it up. Other than that, I've got nothing. Let me know if anything works!

Smells great but end seal exploded :(

I was so excited to get this. It smells amazing! However, my excitement was put on pause when the sealed end opened and I lost a lot of the lotion. Pricey lotion for something like this to happen….
