If you like hiking you'll know the value and importance of having really good socks and you'll also know that merino wool ones are the best... You can pay anything up to £50.00 a pair for hiking socks the most I have paid of £20.00 a pair and yes they are fantastic but compared to these you'd be mad not to buy these.. Fantastic quality and excellently made... Fantastic shock absorption and cushioning excellent wicking properties.... And fantastic in the winter to keep your feet warm.I always wear these first and then a thinner sock on top although many do it the other way around...And they definitely don't smell after a long day's hiking in any weather....Best to wash inside or with a mild detergent in a cool wash.To sum up excellent quality and value direct from amazon...So good I snapped up two packs....

These are excellent socks, well worth the price. Only downside is that they are a bit tight around the calfs but no other downsides. Super comfortable and a good amount of merino wool which means they're great in all seasons. These socks stop my foot odour and are comfortable and thick for when I'm out walking. Would definitely recommend

I am so pleased that these socks are still available, this is the 3rd time I’ve purchased this brand and set of 4.I walk the dog about 5 miles a day plus extended hikes in the Peak District and they are the most comfortable I’ve worn. They support and cushion the foot,they are very durable and because of the high merino wool content they are hygienic. Don’t waste your money on cheaper brands.

Very comfortable socks I find the wool content helps with regulating temperature during a long day with boots on and my feet are still dry by the end compared with synthetic fibres in most products now which cause a lot more sweat and odor, I find the quilting of these to be far superior and highly recommend them.

Great socks, lovely and comfortable good quality. Not sure if they are up to hiking as I haven't tried long distances with them but lovely for 5-10 miles in the forest.

These are the best warm socks I have used.Great for walking or even everyday use.This is my second purchase of these socks.Highly recommended.
