I have an old ankle injury and adhd. I often like to fidget with items to maintain my attention, but was running into issues when I wanted to fidget but needed to use my hands to type. This has been the perfect solution to both. I get a good stretch in my injured ankle, while also getting some hands free fidgeting. And it’s under my desk and doesn’t distract others around me. Perfect, and very happy with my purchase

The wooden stretcher is sturdy even with my full weight on it (260lb). It works better for plantar fasciitis than using a strap, wall, or step to stretch. Really helps my feet and simple to use - as long as you have something like an armoire or wall to help balance.

Love it, it just works, it does the stretch right up to your buttocks, after a couple days a lil sore butt area after that no leg problems at all or feet, if u have plantar get this one of the best things Ive used I highly recommend 👍
