This is a very nice computer. Just beware that it is not a touch screen as stated under "About this Item". Also under "About This Item", it states that the OS is Windows 10. As you might guess from the product photo, it comes with Windows 11. Also, under "Information from the manufacturer" they state that the processor is and i3. It is an I5.

Kind of an emergency purchase and six months later still an excellent machine, with a good processor and bo problems. I would definitely consider refurbished electronics again.

This computer is bigger than I expected, but the most disappointing was that it was advertised as a TOUCHSCREEN on page with others. It is a fine value, but my main reason for purchasing was that it was a touchscreen.

I chose to risk buying this open box to get it at nearly half price for a family member who was using a 15 year old laptop. It's not the greatest when it comes to power, but he really only browses the internet and prints things here and there. Surprisingly the i5-1135G7 performs at the same level as the i7-1165G7--which isn't great for an i7.Whoever purchased the laptop before was in the process of installing business software and must've accidentally put the computer in Auditor Mode. We tried resetting windows but got errors. We tried installing Win 11 from a thumb drive, only it couldn't find the drivers for half the hardware--including the drive. Windows recovery was turned off.. and telling it to reset to OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) just rebooted back to Auditor Mode. A lifetime of building and repairing PC's and I have never had to deal with Auditor Mode, but I was eventually able to disable auditor mode via the registry and use a CMD command to force it to restart to OOBE. After that we went through the Windows introductory setup and everything is working as expected.

Boxed and everything is just like a new laptop from HP. Only difference i no HP warranty. That will be no problem if I have no failure.Love the speed and feel of this laptop.Only issue I have had is the screen is so sharp with the high resolution it took a while to adjust the various setting. Still some areas I don't like. Like the control panel has real small font that it is hard to read and some others are too large and run off the screen.

My old laptop was an HP i7... this one seems every bit as fast, and the picture quality is excellent. The only thing not to like is the absence of an optical drive, but I bought a USB CD/DVD drive for $20, so that's not a problem. This is a very nice laptop. Don't hesitate.

So after being a faithful HP customer for decades I will probably change my preferred product. My driver on my pad went out. After 7.5 hours of multiple calls to hp- 3 hours of rebooting - going to the post office 1 month no laptop - do not buyPreviously the warranty would be for 1 year you can exchange for a new laptop. That’s no longer the case. You now have to call the service center. Brace yourself and sit back. I hope you have hours.First call - 2 hours nothing solved2nd call - 3 hours ,they went through my system did all the reboots (I should be on the payroll by this time) nothing was resolved they had to send me a usb stick to reboot again3rd attempt - 5 days later I received hp stick erased - uploaded did everything- still issues with the driver (at this time I really hope I’m on their payroll) update on usb took 3 hours.4th attempt- made another call spent 1.5 hours on the phone with hp re-explaining myself , trying to beg to speak to a supervisor, then trying to get me to re-boot this thing (garbage ) they finally decided to send a box to me to send it out for repair.1 month no solution - waiting on a box. This is a trash policy. 30days on swaps after all this work I hope hp sends me a Xmas bonus

A little heavier than what I expected but since I won't be lugging it around will be ok. Love the resolution and speed, think it will be just what I wanted for home use.

Overall as what is expected although I prefer black to silver. This particular nvme ssd is not suited for Samsung magician as such I'm unable to do allocate custom setting. Although I ordered from amazon.sg, I received a US plug cable. Luckily I had an old power adapter and used it's power cable. Imagine the ordeal of running around to buy a cable for a newly received item. The should have been included. Cost only S$3. The 4 star is for the cable not included with the laptop. But delivery was superbly fast though.
