Good pair of JBL earbuds IF you know how to tweak the EQ.
Ok, I was excited to get these because the reviews I watched on YouTube about them were all good reviews, saying these earbuds had great sound quality & app support. Well, they weren't wrong, KIND OF. Yes, the JBL Reflect Mini NC DOES have GREAT sound...IF you know how to rework the EQ & tweak it til they sound good. Right out of the box they weren't impressive - at all!! JBL is known for their bass & they just didn't deliver on this front. Even when listening to bass-heavy songs, the bass was weak at best & could barely be heard over the mids & highs. Now, I'm not, by any means, trying to claim I'm an expert when it comes to this stuff, but I do know enough to be able to mess around with the EQ until my ears were satisfied. I feel like this is a little unfair disadvantage to people who don't know anything about equalizers & how to rearrange the highs, mids &, in my opinion, the most important part, the lows. I guess anybody could take a stab in the dark at it & play around until they like what they hear, but why not make them sound great right outta the box?So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that, if you know how to tune the EQ to make them sound better, give them a try, but you may want to look elsewhere if you don't feel like dealing with it all. I'm going to keep mine, but I was THIS close to returning them. Work harder next time, JBL.

Ok, I'm good...
Literally just like my other set that I have. They still work.Found out it wasn't the buds but the charger. Only knew this when I bought the refurbished pair. And they work fine. So does my first pair. Great bass. Tweak the equalizer from the JBL app and, hands down best I've used to date. Wear'em at work all day. Wear'em on the elliptical with sweat running down and around these. They are designed for sweat drenched action.

Everything’s available?
I like the optional parts for this renewed package and sound quality. What I don’t like is how options like “powering off” earbuds and “finding my earbuds” don’t work.

Fit well but one bud stays quiet.
I'm a small lady and was hesitant to buy because I wasn't sure if they would fit. The fit is fine and stay in my ear rather well. I use them to listen to audio books. I'm not sure I would trust them to stay in for a run or workout but for painting trim, going on walks, folding laundry they do great. After about a months use one of the ear buds has about half the volume as the other. I've tried cleaning and haven't had success restoring the volume. Bummed but they still work enough not to replace. I typically only ware one anyway so I can keep an ear open for the kids.

Comfortable with good sound but horrible battery life
I am happy with the sound of the earbuds but I'm only getting about two hours of battery life before they die. Getting the earbuds on the charger, and staying, has been a challenge. I have found you need to be very sure the connections are secure and charging before closing the cover on the case.I use the earbuds while at work. I notice that my voice feedback is lacking and it is hard to determine my voice volume while on calls. Overall, I would be quite upset if I paid $100 or more for the earbuds. I'm not happy about the $60. They are on par with the $20-30 units that I have tried other than the comfort. They are more comfort than the cheaper ones.
