Bought this during the pandemic when venues were going through items or limiting items. Looks good, holds a lot of stuff, easy to clean the outside with a quick wipe down with a sponge, holds up well to continue use and the pockets on the size are sturdy and hold a lot of stuff. Strap is easy to adjust and feels comfortable.

This product arrived and when I opened the box, I could see all this blue sticky glue like substance inside the plastic bag that the pvc bag was in. I opened it and it was like sticky washing liquid all over it so I sent it back.

the main zip is half closed and off the track and it won’t open or close. it’s defective and not fit for purpose. disappointed in extremely poor quality.

This is the perfect bag for work. It holds a lot and I love how it has a water bottle pouch.

Return it because its over head and you cant take it off body like click on and click off !!! Wont pay full price for this
