Fabulous product and great communication
Fabulous product - all in perfect working order with manual and all parts. Excellent value for money. I had a (very small) delivery issue as my delivery fell over the Coronation weekend. The seller was extremely helpful and efficient in tracking my item for me, and communication was easy, friendly and efficient. Very pleased and would recommend - thank you.

Didn’t work
The machine didn’t work when it arrived and now I have to send it all the way back to get a refund or replacement when I have a week full of clients and no machine now

Broke
Worked well for about 5/6 treatments before it blew. Tried changing the fuse on the plug and tried using a different kettle lead, but no. The machine is completely broken after 5 uses.
