I bought this because Resmed discontinued the swift fx nano. This aftermarket part is excellent. I have been using it for 5 months and it works perfectly. Zero or one on the leak. Highly recommended.

This is an attempt to short the consumer with a marketed improved product that is really an attempt to lower the cost of the product and charge the same as the OEM. This is all plastic and the metal swivel ring connected to the nose pad is all plastic. It does not swivel very well. In two weeks the swivel plastic ring keeps popping off during sleep. You can feel the hose connected end swivel leaking are and every morning I get a 'mask leak' error on my machine. This is a junk product. RUN away...

I had lots of trouble with the plastics and perfumes not off-gassing with the original tubes . This product uses different plastics, arrived with odors but off-gassed quickly so I'm very satisfied because of that. I reserved 1 star because I do not know yet if these will prove more durable. I'd only get about 3 months from the original tubes before the plastic would crack. The only concern I have is the movement around the swivel. It is a loose fit and because of the excess play it occasionally gets off kilter and gets stuck, therefore not swiveling until I jiggle it. I'm grateful this alternative is available to purchase.

I was concerned that these wouldn’t be the match for my tubes but they are a perfect fit. They have no smell and work as expected. Snapped into place and stay connected firmly.
