I am a beginner watercolorist. Brushes made from natural hair do seem superior to artificial. They hold a lot of paint & just have better flow. Please note that these brushes are made in China. When I opened the package, there was an awful chemical smell. I left them outdoors to off-gas for a week before I used them. Even though I like them better than my artificial brushes, I would not buy them again due chemical smell as I don't know what I am being exposed to. I will replace them with brushes purchased locally that I can see and hold (and smell?) before buying.

These are AWESOME PERFECT water-color brushes. Holds the water & color of paint beautifully. I also like the fact they don't shed!! And they maintain their shape and are great for the money!!! Thank you!

Hairs shed. Brush shapes are off, some more pointed than others. Two of the brushes look exactly the same.

Good quality round paint brush set. Great for using on watercolor paintings.

These brushes are okay, they don’t keep a point to them so are not a favorite.
