I LOVE THIS so much! It’s very comfortable…and it’s been a marital aide! My husband likes to go to sleep in quiet and I like to go to sleep w tv on. We are in year 5 together. I tried plug in headphones, sports Bluetooth and individual wearing only one w my tablet on my nightstand . They we all very uncomfortable. I ordered this headband and my husband laughed endlessly. Then I told him the next day how very much I love it! Hue should be happy because I can comfortably wear it and roll side to side and still hear my show (I’ve seen each episode a million times so I really don’t need to see it). Every night he kept laughing, so I had to play it up more! How can I make my hair stand out of it crazy and we head to bed and he is in hysterics, and I join in giggling. Last night I left the charging plug up and we are getting in bed “hey baby, you wanna turn me on?” Oh order this for sure!

I was originally looking for a comfortable headband that would keep my hair out of my face at night, then I came across this. Realized it would kill two birds w/ one stone since I also listen to music when falling asleep. I wasn’t expecting much due to the inexpensive price point, but they ended up blowing my expectations out of the water. The headband itself is SUPER comfy & lightweight - and keeps that level of comfort in any sleeping position. The sound quality on the headphones is great! It’s not perfect, but it definitely gets the job done when listening to music/meditations before bed & was way better than I originally expected. Also, you can lay your ear right on top of the speaker without compromising comfort. The battery life is incredible and the charging cable doesn't interfere with comfort. Highly recommend!

My wife comes and goes from the bedroom for a couple hours after I go to bed. Since I have many young children, my ears are now super-sensitive to the kids in case they cry or whatever. So until she goes to sleep, I drift in and out. I use this headband to play brown noise from my smart phone, and it is just enough for me to mask out external small noises. I have better sleep now. But, there are cons. For one, I am bald on top. When I woke, the bottom of the mask left an arced line across my forehead right over my eyes for over two hours! It was very comfortable for sleeping. Maybe it's just me. Second, sound quality is not great for music. It is fine for streaming videos or sleep noises. I recommend using it with sleep sounds apps on a phone. Third, the volume changes noticeably from when I'm lying on my back (less volume) to when sleeping on my side. The speaker is pushed slightly closer to my ear and so is louder. I did find a sweet spot for volume that was just loud enough for me to sleep either way. Overall, I recommend this headband for blocking out noises during sleep.One last note: charge it using a computer USB port. The instructions clearly say not to charge with too high a power adapter (wouldn't use wall USB adapter) since it can be damaged over time. I read reviews of a similar headband at Amazon and many were complaining about it not charging anymore after a few weeks. I bet they just overpowered it. And also unplug it when the charge light turns blue. Don't leave it charging all day.

I’ve had many of these from different brands like Sleephones which have preferable soft padded imbedded speakers. These have hard imbedded speakers which are a bit more uncomfortable when lying on your side but not a complete deal breaker. That said, for the price, these aren’t bad. They neglect to include a charging block which is unfortunate so it makes charging it off just the included USB chord (a very short one at that) into your computer or other devices kind of inconvenient when your charging so many other items. The battery life isn’t bad but it’s not great either. Fully charged it first night I used it and it needed to be charged by early morning. It wants to pick up Bluetooth automatically if your nearby even if you don’t want to use it. It’s a bit hot and tight compared to Sleephones which uses a softer, lighter material. But again, for the price, it does the job. Sound quality is almost as good as Sleephones and better than other brands. Blocks out some snoring.

This headband is so comfortable with great sound quality. It connects very easily to any device and app.I have always had terrible sleep issues falling asleep, especially falling back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. For the first time ever, I am easily falling back to sleep listening to bird song noises from a white noise app and its absolute bliss to wake up with more then my usual 4 hours of sleep and feel rested.Recommend highly!

I was skeptical, but I decided to try this because I’m a very light sleeper. This helps to mask noises with whatever I choose to play through it, sometimes even just white noise. I also use it for music occasionally, and I’m surprised at the quality of the sound- I was not expecting it to be this good. The single negative that I have for this product is one that is a limitation that is probably necessary to keep the components small, and that’s simply that I have to recharge it every day. That’s a small thing, though. I’ve already recommended this product to a friend, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help sleeping.
