I normally buy Always Discreet but wanted to save some money. Amazon brand is more fitted/less flexible/less soft. However the fit is still really comfortable. I prefer them when I’m out of the house because they “hold me together” and don’t look as bulky. They also stay tight around my legs when I need them to.The Always Discreet are softer on the sides/waist and more comfortable for laying in bed or in the hospital. The legs are still fitted but they are more flexible. The Amazon brand was too tight on my stomach the first 2-4 days.Both brands dried quickly and did not feel wet. Always sometimes leaked towards the leg holes because they are so flexible, and the leg ruffles would flex a little too much. Always Discreet was “prettier” but not by much. A postpartum diaper is a postpartum diaper. I will continue buying the Amazon brand until my postpartum bleeding stops. I prefer the tighter fit now that I’m not immediately postpartum.

No leakage comfortable can't see the quality is nice I have had some in the past that ripped open if I leaked these don't I like them better than depends they work better and are cheaper the design is nice because they don't have a thick crotch area they don't smell the adhesive is very strong they don't move I would say the protection level is 5-7 out of 10 if you leak a lot maybe look at different ones but over all I love them

Be aware that these must run small. I was buying a small in depends for my mom but when I switched to these the nursing home called to say they were too small and did not fit.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It is more absorbent than always, depends and assurance. Fits more like regular underwear, soft, comfortable and no show through clothes. The padding does not come apart like I have experienced with other products. I have a medical issue that causes fecal incontinence and this is the best product I have tried. I tried the small pack first to compare, I'll be ordering the large pack. I highly recommended and delivery is fast and discreet.

These work fine when it comes to absorbency. However — the fabric that makes up the outer part of the garment sheds terribly. Friction caused by wearing clothes over them causes the fabric to lose fibers, which then travel all over underneath your clothes and onto your body — travelling to places where you would not want them to be. I hope they improve this feature. Otherwise, I won’t be ordering them again.

The size is good and quality is exactly what I needed. Therer is very little smell and only the occasional rip when putting them on. The retention is not great, however that may be due to quantity.

I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks.I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track.After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not?I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants.The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect.There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal.I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need.Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is!But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.
