I finally order this tufting gun as my first crafting project tool. The product arrived a bit late since there was an issue about shipping, however we contact costumer service, they quickly helped us to rearrange a new one, then our package arrived next day, and the seller patiently answered all questions since I purchased it as a beginner. The tufting process was fun part of this. This tufting machine looks well made, and easy to control with the rotating front handle which the way I felt comfortable when I was working on my rug. Since I still work on my rug work, I will keep updating, I have no issue to use this tufting machine and easy control it so far.

No user manual, can't figure out how to adjust the needle length for shorter or longer tufting. QR code that came on a card went to sales. Basic tufter - that cuts. Couldn't figure out how to make loops only (see no user manual). Tried looking it up online, but no joy. For a basic beginner tufting gun at one set length it works. Not sure I'd pay full price for a tool that just does one thing.

I spent $200 on something that stopped working after 2 weeks and nobody at customer support is responding or trying to help so i feel obligated to warn others. The company reached out to me and I realized that it was actually amazons fault on the miscommunication. They were super friendly and helpful - even sent me a brand new gun with no issues! Im happy i can get back to tufting without it shutting off and on constantly. Thank you!

I purchased this thinking it would be a great starter but I was so wrong. It sparks every time I plug it in. The QR code didn't work for the manual and I've reached out to their support team both on Facebook and their website and never heard anything back. The screw for the scissors was stripped so I couldn't change them out until I finally broke the screw and the replacement scissors they sent are a joke and I can't get ahold of anyone to help me with these issuess or get access to the instructions to maybe try to troubleshoot. Also it will sometimes just stop working and make a squealing sound even after I lubricated everything. I really do wish this worked better or at least had better customer service.

Love the quality of the product so far. Seems like a solid choice for a first gun. The manual comes separately electronically and answered all my worries about using the machine! Blue wasn’t my first choice in a gun but when it arrived I fell in love. The stickers are a fun plus. I promise you I spent my time comparing machines across Amazon and other retailers but ultimately this one was best overall given price, quality, ease of purchase and support, and functionality

Best bang for your buck, I’m pretty new to turfting but I did a bunch of research before hand, if you want to pay around $250-$300 for the same gun feel free to this one is pretty much exactly the same as any other turfting gun for half the price same quality and easy to maintain and use! Comes with a couple accessories and was definitely worth the wait!! 10/10

I could not figure out how to get the machine to work and set it aside for months. I had lost the instructions and never watched the videos for this specific machine. I was finally determined to figure out what was going wrong, and after being unsuccessful in finding Artufting videos, I decided to email support. They were quick to respond, asked for a video of mine to analyze, and immediately pointed out what I was doing wrong: I was moving the machine from the top to the bottom of the fabric, and it can only move from bottom to top! Even though in retrospect it was kind of a dumb question, they were very kind and thorough in their response. After making some adjustments to my technique, the machine works great! I use a little bit of wire to thread it, and it handles acrylic yarn just fine. Happy with this purchase!

Instructions to stitch out from cut Poole to loop are non- existent on their site and hard to find on you tube for this gun. Also screws too tightly put in so haven’t bent able to use it yet
