My mother has fallen a few times and it is very difficult to get her up by using my hands/arms. But with this simple device, I can get her up MUCH more easily!

This grab bar makes it so much easier to help a senior out of bed or a chair without hurting them or yourself. Trying to pull someone by their arm is hard on both you and the person. This grab bar distributes the weight evenly and presents muscle strain.

I got this so I could help my mother get up when she falls, which she does a lot. The description makes it sound like it would work very easily, but that wasn't my experience at all. It seems like it would work only if the person standing up was strong enough to lift an adult and if the person who has fallen is strong enough to be lifted up and then to stand on his/her own. When my mother falls, she is basically a 160-pound wet noodle. And I missed the return period by 2 days, so I am stuck with it. Oh, well. I guess it was worth a try.

My disabled husband would take about 5 minutes to struggle up out of his kitchen chair to get onto his walker. I don't like pulling on his hands or arms because he has shoulder issues. This product came this morning, and he was up out of his chair in 30 seconds!! Hardly any effort on my part either, just a pull and he was up. I wish I had tried this a long time ago. I totally recommend it for anyone caring for a disabled person.

I now have purchased three of these. One for the house and two for the vehicles. I took one to my husband’s Parkinson’s Support Group. Quite a few caretakers came up and wanted to try it on their patient. The next week l happened to be at a store that carried the handle and was told that one of the caretakers stopped by that morning to purchase the handle, but the store was sold out of them. Then l suggested someone order one for her father. She did and she likes it and so did the nurse who helps with her father. These are amazing and I bought mine because my hands were hurting from constantly pulling my husband up from a chair. My hands no longer hurt since l use the handle. Fantastic idea.

Bought this when my husband had his knee replacement. I had problems trying to get him out of chairs, the bed, and the car. I have a bad back and trying to help him, put a lot of pressure on it. Purchased this and it was a HUGE help!!! Extremely happy we purchased it!!!! We even had an older relative come to visit and she couldn't get up from our couch.. I ran and got this from my cupboard and used it! Solved our problem. It is very strong! Would definitely purchase this!!! Was a life saver for us!! LOVE it!!

Very very sturdy material. Solid.A 86 yr old family friend has severe mobility issues due to arthritis. When she goes to eat at a restaurant staff have to lift her up out of her chair to stand up because she cant raise herself up from the chair. It can be very embarrassing for her. With this devise she can easily get up. She holds on & person assisting braces themselves & pulls. She loves it. And it fits nicely in her walker carry bag. It even fits in a large purse.Great product.

I hope if I should fall a family member can pick me up with this device. Haven't tried it yet but sure it will work. :)
