I'm not a lawyer so this is only an opinion. The book has much information that seems helpful and would serve well to help prepare you before seeing a lawyer about drawing up a will. You may find questions you'd like answered that you didn't even know you had. Of course, everyone should have a will to avoid probate and other difficulties that will confront your heirs if you don't have a will. Recommended as very helpful for non-lawyers!

There are supposed to be forms that can be downloaded and CDs to be used to give you a structure for creating wills, estates, and trusts. There are none. Lots of instructions though.

The book is very helpful a great guide to help a person who is trying to make a will.

This book is not for the average Joe... I feel they did not simplify it enough

This book is for Americans, the estate rules are different in Canada. Will be returning.
