Doesn't do well in my apartment.
Great in theory, didn't work well at all after hours of tinkering. Probably because I am in an urban area, but I had to upgrade to bigger uglier amplified antenna to get any channels in my apartment

I like this so much I sent one to my Mom. During the hurricanes while the cable was out we were one of the few people in the neighborhood with TV!! I get all major networks (ABC, CBS and NBC)...I get Fox and CW18. Lots of cool channels actually. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I thought it would be better.
I attached this to several walls trying to get the best signals. It is a stormy day so a great time to test. I was able to get all the major stations. NBC, ABC, PBS, CBS, FOX, CW, and UPN in the Houston area. I could only get ABC, FOX, and UPN in 720 instead of 1080 HD. FOX would get very pixelated at times. Considering FOX is a major sports station I rated this 3 stars. I expected a clear picture from all local VHF\UHF stations.

Channel scanning correctly is crucial.
Many Tv's. Have an auto scan function when using an antenna whether indoor or out. Some are labeled "cable/antenna" This must be set to"OFF" in order for it to scan for "ota antenna channels", otherwise it's searching for cable channels only. I forgot to turn my search to off the first time I did an auto-scan, and got a total of 9 channels. Did another search with it off and got 55 channels!! Before you write a bad review, make sure you're scanning correctly, it may give a bad impression when one is not warranted.

Not recommended.
I bought this antenna thinking that amplifier will help me get better signal and more channels but my previous plain, half priced antenna is getting me more channels and better signal.
