Q: can it be stored up right when folded?

It has to be leaned up against something. I can't get it to stand alone. The instructions only talk about folding the handles down and storing it underneath something. It does have some flat points on one end of it though.

Q: What is your Return policy? Is there a warranty?

Im returning mine and so far it was very easy. I requested a return as normal and the options were to print a label and take it to ups store (they always print the label for me when I get there). Or the other option is that UPS will pick it up from your house the very next day. So they should be here for it today.
