I got this for my kids for Christmas. We've had different stars/planet projectors over the years but they didn't have the colors this one has. I love that it's portable and has a long battery life. We've only charged it once since we opened it a few weeks ago. The only thing I don't like about it are the buttons to turn it on/off and change modes. They're touch buttons that are the same color as the body of the projector making them almost invisible. They should be colored so that they stand out on the body. Because of that and the fact that they're touch sensitive rather than buttons its easy for my kids to accidentally turn it off when they try to move it. They also need my help turning it back on since they can't see where the buttons are. Otherwise it's a cool little device and they love it so I'm happy with the purchase.

Super easy to install and set up; I will turn it on as I’m winding down for the night and it automatically turns itself off after 4 hours by the time I’m asleep or heading to sleep (but I don’t find it so bright that it keeps me awake). Different LED options are cool; as other reviewers have said, it would be nice to set how long before the moving LED switches; it’s about 4 seconds or so but would be nice if you could set it every 30 minutes like a computer desktop image. Still, not a dealbreaker. Lights look great and are super vivid, don’t look directly at them!

This has been a lot of fun for the littles that come around (grandkids, nephew, etc.). Turn off the lights and enjoy the show. I only took off one star (would have taken off less if I could) because the way the controls are set up it is super easy to accidentally turn it on and off while holding it. Maybe work on a little different design so it is easy to hold without accidentally turning it off.

My son had been using LED lighting in his bedroom and they died after a few months. Tried to replace the battery but it didn't work. So I thought this might be a good replacement as a Christmas gift. It is perfect. There are so many settings and the colors are so pretty. It's easy to use. Such a great value for the price.

This little gadget is awesome! The lights are very strong and project over my entire living room which is rather large. I do put it up high and then tilt it to an angle so it shoots across the ceiling and doesn’t get into anyone’s eyes. You definitely don’t want the lights getting into your eyes! We use this for some fun “reading nights under the stars” at our house and the kids really enjoy it!

I gave this to my grandson for his 7th birthday, and he and his friends were delighted with it! At bedtime, he and his dad laid in his bed and just enjoyed it. One of the best gifts I've found. He explored the different sceneries, and it was an overall hit. Very happy with this purchase.

It doesn’t come with a charger so make sure you have an android style charger. I like that is small. The lights are very pretty! My biggest complain is the buttons, or lack of? They are touch only but extremely close to each other, so when you’re trying to only touch one, you pretty much will touch the one next to it. The keys are impossible to see because the whole thing is white. It is so light weight that the smallest thing makes fall on its side. Would I buy it again? No. Also, it died already! Only lasted a few weeks.

I bought one for a friend last year, however they stopped making it. So I resorted to this. For what you pay, it’s okay. Although for the “waves” to sync with music you actually need to plug it into the mp3 jack? I’d like to know what phone still has that feature? None.Buttons are extremely sensitive to touch so I’m always messing up the settings trying to set it up.For how much this was I was expecting to be wowed a bit more. I would have liked to see more moon options as well, like a full moon and not only a crescent moon.**Updating my review. Ended up keeping it, and it stopped working on me maybe 5 months after Christmas when I bought it. I’d look for something else. Disappointed.
