POLY Voyager 4320 UC USB-C Headset

I purchased this headset over 6 months ago and it's been great! Sound and microphone quality is great. Wireless distance is also fantastic, I can walk all over the house and no drop in quality. The dongle is USB-C so works with my work and personal laptop. Can easily get two days without charge however, I plug in every night. I wear this headset for 7 hours a day and had no issues with comfort. The only downside is that the microphone is on the RIGHT ear and I prefer it to be on the LEFT ear but this is just a personal preference.

Got this as a replacement for jabra headset my dog ate. Connections are better than the jabra although not as gentle feeling on the ears, but really impressed. For the value, it's worthwhile. Sound is great and seamless between devices.

Good quality headset, noise cancellation is suitable for use in a busy office. Battery life appears to be excellent. Drivers and supporting software easy to obtain and install.

The static noise of it hurts my ears. I had to go back to the old wired one. I wouldn’t recommend this one

This is a quality headset. The ears are comfy. The controls are easy to use. The barlttery life lasts a couple of days so far but not tested that much. The range is quite good. I can have good connection whilst phone is in front of house and I'm in the garden 15 ish meters away

I tested this against other popular headsets including the Jlab go work, Jabra evolve 2 65, Anker powerconf 500, and it came out in first place in the microphone noise supression teast followed closely by the Jlab go work. The test includes placing a loudspeaker playing a podcast to simulate a coworker shouting next to me. It must be noted that the 3rd place was much worse than 2nd place. Co-workers were able to notice the difference immediately, complaining about background noise These were the results: 1. Voyager 4320 2. Jlab go work 3. Jabra evolve 2 65 (significantly worse than the Jlab) 4. Anker powerconf 500 ( almost as if it didnt have noise cancellation)

Ein Headset mit ausserordentlich gutem Tragekomfort. Die Muscheln liegen sehr bequem auf den Ohren auf und bieten sich auch für eine längere Tragezeit an. Die Tonqualität und Sprachverständnis ist excellent und die Geräuschunterddrückung auf ordentlichem Niveau. Ich habe es zurück geschickt, weil die AfterShokz halt deutlich leichter und unauffälliger sind. Wer aber ein klassisches Headset sucht, findet hier für das aufgerufene Budget wohl eines der besten Headsets.

.........En tant que sénior, devenu malentendant, j'ai besoin d'un casque à la puissance sonore suffisante et donc élevée. J'en ai essayé plusieurs, insuffisants que Amazon m'a repris, merci. Sauf un autre, conservé trop longtemps pour cela. Celui-ci répond enfin à mon attente, en puissance et qualité sonore. d'où mes 5* J'apprécie aussi le bouton on/off mécanique (bien qu'il mériterait être plus gros), les fonctions + /- bien distinctes et le bouton central. Sa portée est aussi très bonne. Mais je ne l'ai pas essayé avec le dongle. Par ailleurs semble bien correspondre au descriptif et aux avis clients. Bien que, comme tous les autres constructeurs, je ne trouve pas, en descriptif, la moindre info sur la puissance sonore. Grosse lacune car nous représentons un potentiel clients non négligeable. Ce qui m'amène à communiquer en premier sur ce sujet. Cependant me semble bien trop cher pour sa prestation et de ce fait pourrait perdre 1 ou 2 *.

Has very good noise isolation (mic) versus the competition. This model has better range than the original focus UC however sometimes disconnects from my iphone12 pro. Never has issues with the dongle supplied.

Estoy muy contento con estos audífonos que uso todos los días al menos 7 horas por día. Con una carga de no más de una hora pueden pasar mas de dos días sin tenerlos que volver a cargar. A veces me alejo de mi escritorio para ir por un café o atender alguna cosa y a 10 o 15 metros se sigue escuchando perfecto. Si me han llegado a decir algunas veces cuando estoy lejos de la computadora que no me escuchan igual así que tal vez la calidad de emisión no sea la misma que la de recepción.
